How to measure
- Measure each seat cushion: width, depth and thickness, seam to seam.
- Measure each back cushion: width, height, and thickness at the bottom and top if it tapers.
- For a sectional, measure the corner cushion separately and note its shape.
- Deep seats usually take 5″ to 6″ foam with Dacron wrap for a soft, full look.

Can you replace cushions for a sectional?
Yes. Give us the size of each piece, including the corner, and we make a matching set.
Should back cushions be foam or fiber fill?
Fiber fill gives a soft, loose back; foam with Dacron wrap stays neater. Tell us which you prefer.
How thick are deep seat cushions?
Deep seats usually take 5″ to 6″ foam. The builder goes up to 8″.
Do you sell cushion covers only?
Yes. If your foam is in good shape, order cushion covers only.
Can I get thick outdoor cushions?
Yes. Deep seats usually take 5″ to 6″ foam, and we cut up to 8″ thick. Thicker foam over 6″ is two bonded pieces at no extra charge.
What is the best fabric for outdoor cushions?
Sunbrella is solution-dyed acrylic, so the color runs through the fiber and resists fading and mildew. Compare it with other options in best fabric for outdoor cushions.
Do you make replacement cushions for wicker furniture?
Yes. Wicker arms often lean in, so measure the width at the front and back and use the smaller number. See wicker furniture cushions.

Seat cushions
Measure the seat side to side and front to back, between arms if there are any. Round up to the nearest ¼″. For a tapered seat, measure the front and back widths.
Back cushions
Measure from the seat to where you want the cushion to stop. Width is usually the same as the seat.
Chaise and Adirondack
Measure the full length laid flat, then the back section from the top to the hinge point where the back rest bends.
Covers only
Measure your foam, not the old cover. We cut the cover to fit snugly.
Pillows
Order the cover the size of your insert. Our micro-fibre inserts are sized to fill the cover.
Curtains
Panel width: add the panels up to 1½–2× the opening. Length: from the rod (or top of the tab) to where the hem should land.

Back cushions: Super Soft for a plush lean-back or High density (HD36-R) for a firmer back indoors; Dryfast outdoors. Super Soft is not used for seats.
Cover only: every product can be ordered as just the cover, cut to your size.
Pillows: soft polyester micro-fibre insert, or cover only.
Dacron wrap: a polyester layer around the foam that rounds the edges and fills the cover. Single or double. All foam is CertiPUR-US certified.

Do I save if I order more?
Yes. The more you order, the less each piece costs: 2+, 4+, 8+ and 16+ unlock lower prices, shown above the Add to cart button.
Can I order just the cover?
Yes. Choose “Cover only” and measure your foam.
Can I leave it outside?
Choose Outdoor: Sunbrella fabric with Dryfast foam, which drains and dries fast.
Is the price final?
Yes for standard shapes, with free shipping included. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Unique shapes are confirmed once we have your template.

Send photos or a short video of your seat to care@fabricakraft.com and we’ll check before you order. You can cancel free until you approve your spec sheet, and on your first order a mis-measured cushion is remade once at 50% off.
