Planning cushion replacements across a property
Audit before you order
Walk each amenity space with a tape measure and a phone. For every distinct furniture style, record:
- Seat width, depth and thickness, plus back height for two-piece cushions
- How many of that style you have at each property
- Whether the foam is still firm (you may only need covers)
- Where the cushions sit: full sun, covered, or exposed to rain
Photograph one cushion of each style, including the zipper and ties. That's usually all we need to quote.
Choosing materials for heavy use
- Open pool decks and rooftops: Sunbrella with Dryfast foam. Dryfast's open cells let water drain instead of soaking in, and the foam has an antimicrobial treatment.
- Covered patios and clubhouses: Sunbrella with Lux foam (CertiPUR-US certified, 1.8 lb density).
- Rain all season: Sunbrella Rain, which is waterproof.
Most Sunbrella fabrics are water and stain repellent rather than waterproof, so a heavy soak can still reach the foam. Store or tip cushions on their side after storms.
When to order for the season
Production runs 2–3 weeks from spec approval. For a Memorial Day pool opening, approve specs by mid-April to leave room for delivery and a buffer. Rush production is available when a deadline is tight.

Keeping cushions looking new
- Machine wash Sunbrella covers cold on a delicate cycle and air dry. Don't use a dryer.
- For mildew, Sunbrella recommends 1 cup bleach and ¼ cup mild soap per gallon of water, a 15-minute soak, then a thorough rinse.
- Store cushions dry and well ventilated in the off-season, never wet or wrapped.
- Keep one or two spares per style for quick swaps.

Sizes, quantities, fabric ideas and your deadline. Photos, drawings or old covers all work. We reply the same day during business hours.

Approve the spec and quote
You get a spec sheet with every dimension and option, plus a project quote. Nothing is cut until you sign off. Swatches are $6 each if you want to see the fabric first.
- 03
We make it
A deposit starts production, which takes 2–3 weeks (8–12 for Ultraleather and Gabriel). Rush production is available. If anything slips, you hear from us before the date, not after.

Delivered, tracked and insured
The balance is due before shipping. Every parcel is tracked and insured. Covers and foam may arrive separately, and foam needs 12–18 hours to expand once unpacked.

Seat foam is our CertiPUR-US certified Lux foam (1.8 lb density, 50 lb ILD). Outdoor and marine cushions can use quick-draining Dryfast foam. For commercial spaces with fire-code requirements, ask us for the fabric maker's published flammability test results for the fabric you choose. Full cleaning steps are in our FAQs.

Can you match the cushions on furniture we already own?
Yes. Send dimensions or an old cover. We work from your approved spec sheet with a tolerance of up to ½ inch.
Can we order covers only and keep our foam?
Yes. You can order covers only, foam only, or complete cushions.
Do you deliver to multiple properties?
Yes. Tell us which items go where and we ship to each address. Standard shipping is free, tracked and insured.
What warranty do the cushions have?
5 years on the fabric from our fabric partner and 2 years on workmanship, as set out on the warranty card.
How do we stop cushions blowing off in the wind?
Add ties in matching fabric, placed at the top or middle of the cushion. Velcro is available on request.
How do payments work for property companies?
A deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipping. Projects are quoted per order.
