Opening a trade account
Apply once with your business details and a website or portfolio. After approval, every project is quoted at trade rates. There's no annual minimum spend.
Quoting your client
Send the sizes and fabric and we come back with a spec sheet and a project price, usually the same business day. You set your own markup and present the finished spec to your client for approval before anything is made.
Getting measurements right
Mistakes in measuring cost more than anything else. Measure finished sizes seam to seam, note thickness, and photograph the space. Our guides cover window seats, couch cushions and chaise lounges. For odd shapes, a paper template or the old cover is the safest option.
Cash flow on small jobs
A deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipping, so you can collect from your client in step. Standard shipping is free.
How it works
From your brief to your door

Send your brief
Sizes, quantities, fabric ideas and your deadline. Photos, drawings or old covers all work. We reply the same day during business hours.

Approve the spec and quote
You get a spec sheet with every dimension and option, plus a project quote. Nothing is cut until you sign off. Swatches are $6 each if you want to see the fabric first.
- 03
We make it
A deposit starts production, which takes 2–3 weeks (8–12 for Ultraleather and Gabriel). Rush production is available. If anything slips, you hear from us before the date, not after.
- 04
Delivered, tracked and insured
The balance is due before shipping. Every parcel is tracked and insured. Covers and foam may arrive separately, and foam needs 12–18 hours to expand once unpacked.

Seat foam is our CertiPUR-US certified Lux foam (1.8 lb density, 50 lb ILD). Outdoor and marine cushions can use quick-draining Dryfast foam. For commercial spaces with fire-code requirements, ask us for the fabric maker's published flammability test results for the fabric you choose. Full cleaning steps are in our FAQs.

Do I need to order a certain volume to get trade pricing?
No. Trade pricing applies to every approved account, whatever the order size.
Can you ship to my client directly?
Yes, tracked and insured.
Can I see the fabric first?
Yes. Swatches are $6 each.
What if my client wants a softer cushion?
Add a Dacron wrap for a softer surface, or order one foam piece first to test. Foam is cut to order and can't be swapped after delivery.
Can I use my client's fabric?
Yes. Email your sizes first so we can confirm yardage. Customer-supplied fabric isn't covered by our fabric warranty.
How fast can you turn around a project?
2–3 weeks from spec approval. Rush production is available at extra cost.
