What shipping methods are availbale?
We may deliver your order to your personal postal address; a signature is required to retrieve your parcel. You may also choose to pick-up your parcel at a DHL Access Point. Our carrier internationally is DHL, and FedEx in USA.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely, through our collaboration with multiple vendors, we are pleased to present an improved global shopping experience for individuals residing in various foreign countries.

Do I need to pay customs fees?
For order placed outside the USA, FABRICA KRAFT covers applicable duties and customs fees for most* delivery countries. *Please refer to the list bellow for countries or regions where we do not cover customs duties: Andorra, Armenia, American Samoa, Azerbaijan, Bhutan, Belarus, Central African, Cook Islands, Fiji, Federated States of Micronesia, France (Overseas islands), Kyrgyzstan, Cambodia, Kiribati, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Marshall Islands, Mongolia, Northern Mariana Islands, Papua New Guinea, Palau, Solomon Islands, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Tonga, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Samoa.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accepts the following payment methods: Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). By payment apps: via Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple pay (mobile) and Android pay (mobile). Payment is secured by the partners in charge of managing the financial transaction.
Is buying on-line safe?

We employ Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on every page of our ordering process to ensure that your information remains unreadable if intercepted by unauthorized parties. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from our website, and you assume all risk associated with such transmission. To enhance the protection of your credit card details, we recommend signing off your account and closing your browser window after completing your visit, especially if you are using a shared or public computer.
Can I delay the shipment of my order?

What services do you offer for business or interior designers?
Our company specializes in offering exclusive sales and services tailored specifically for interior designers, home developers, hotel owners, and business gift buyers.
How & when will my custom cushions arrive?
To avoid creasing we will NOT be inserting the foam in covers as foam fills will be vacuum packed for shipping. We would also be shipping covers and foam separately as both are customized at different locations.
Because each purchase is unique and must be handcrafted, the complete process of bringing your artwork to life will take 2-3 weeks. (We often deliver sooner!)
Can I customize an item with a company logo?
Several of our products can be personalized with your company logo or employee monograms. Feel free to contact us at 1.302.803.5171 or via email at care@fabricakraft.com for assistance.
Can I return a monogrammed or custom embroidered item?
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for personalized items. Please double-check the accuracy of your monogram or personalization before making a purchase.
Why is the price for an item different from when I added it to the shopping cart?
Please note that product prices are subject to change, which includes both temporary reductions and permanent increases. The prices displayed in your cart indicate the current price for which you will be charged.
How long does fulfilment take?
Our fulfilment time is meticulously measured in business days, consistently ranging from 2 to 5 business days across all production techniques.
Remarkably, 97.66% of our orders are dispatched within a commendable 5 business days. Impressively, over 50% of our orders are processed and shipped in an expedited manner, taking only 3 business days or even fewer.
It is crucial to bear in mind that fulfillment time exclusively pertains to the production phase and does not encompass the subsequent shipping duration. For a comprehensive estimate of when your order will reach its destination, it is advisable to combine the projected fulfilment time with the anticipated shipping time.
While fulfillment for larger orders may extend beyond the average, rest assured that we remain committed to completing all orders within a maximum of 5 business days. It is imperative to understand that our fulfilment times are provided as estimations and not as absolute guarantees.
Where are the production partners located?
Fabrica Kraft has production partners US, UK, India, Spain & Latvia.
What if the product is damaged in the transit ?
Should you receive damaged items, please ensure to capture the fault by sending a photo to care@fabricakraft.com. Subsequently, we will gladly organize a complimentary replacement for you.
What if an order gets lost?
When a package is lost during transit, please make sure to submit your claim within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Rest assured, we will take care of the costs for reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Are your products shipped sustainably?
About 81% of orders are delivered within the same region where they are fulfilled. The strategic placement of fulfillment centers near our customers offers numerous advantages. These include faster shipping times, reduced shipping costs, and a decrease in CO₂ emissions resulting from order transportation.
Do you use recycled packaging?
Starting in May 2022, we have gradually implemented the use of 90%–100% PCR plastic packaging for apparel products in our in-house facilities across North America.
When it comes to packaging, consider PCR as an eco-friendly alternative that doesn't compromise on effectiveness. PCR packaging offers the same level of protection as virgin plastic bags while playing a crucial role in reducing plastic's harm to our environment.
Where are your blank product sourced from ?
The availability of our blank products spans across multiple countries, allowing us to offer you exceptional quality at a competitive price. Our products are sourced from various locations including the United States, Sweden, India, Haiti, Bangladesh, Mexico, and beyond.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your order. You may always contact our carrier for any questions regarding your shipment.
How can I delete my account?

Is the delivery of my order free?
Fabrica Kraft offers free standard delivery on all orders. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
We kindly invite you to open a claim with your carrier and contact our customer service at care@fabricakraft.com. Please kindly note that any claim regarding the delivery must be submitted in 14 working* days following the delivery of the parcel
*After this period, we are not able to claim any lost orders.
If a product is not in stock, when will it be available again?
Fabrica Kraft offers a large selection of products from our latest collection, our stock is updated regularly. If the item you would like to purchase is not available, we kindly invite you to contact our Customer Support or to subscribe to our waitlist (available on the product information page).
Can I be notified when the item is available again?
If the item you are looking for is not available for purchase, you can always sign up to our waiting list to be notified when the item becomes available again.
How can I know I may order was processed correctly?
Your order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Can I return my order at our boutique store?
Our retailers will not be able to accept the return of your item. We can only accept returns that were sent via post, using the provided prepaid label.
