How to measure for covers or foam

For new covers, measure the foam itself, not the old cover, which stretches over time. For new foam, measure the inside of the cover seam to seam, or measure the old foam and tell us how firm you want the new one.

Choosing the foam

• High Density: medium feel for everyday seats, benches and sofas
• Lux foam: firm, best for dining seats 1–3″ thick and heavy daily use
• Super Soft: soft, for back cushions only, never seats
• Dacron wrap (add-on): a softer, rounder edge for sofa and window seat cushions

Choose from Warwick upholstery (Australian, made for indoor furniture), velvet, Warwick faux leather and Sunbrella for homes with kids, pets or sun-filled rooms. Not sure about a color? Order swatches first.

Questions about cushion covers and foam

Will a new cover fit my old foam?

Yes, if you measure the foam itself. If your foam has flattened, consider new foam too, because a new cover will not fix a cushion that has lost its shape.

Can I order foam only?

Yes. We cut foam to your exact size in several firmness levels. Foam ships vacuum-packed and expands fully in 12 to 18 hours.

Are the covers removable?

Yes. Every cover has a zipper so you can take it off for cleaning.
