What we make

Made for your project

We make custom boat cushions, cabin mattresses and cockpit seating for boat builders, yacht charter fleets, marinas, upholstery shops and marine dealers. Every piece is cut and sewn to your template, and there is no minimum order, so you can quote one helm seat or a whole fleet refit.

What we make

  • Cockpit and deck seating: bench, helm, bow and sun-pad cushions
  • Cabin and V-berth mattresses, with or without a centre cut-out
  • Any shape: tapered, curved and angled pieces made from your template or drawing
  • Back rests, bolsters and throw pillows to match

Marine fabrics and foam

  • Sunbrella Horizon marine vinyl for seats that get wet, sat on in swimwear and wiped down daily
  • Sunbrella marine fabrics and Sunbrella Rain for waterproof, fade-resistant fabric seating
  • Dryfast open-cell foam that drains water and dries fast, so cushions don't stay soggy
  • Ties and fastening in matching fabric so cushions stay put underway

Fire safety

Sunbrella Horizon marine vinyl is tested to Cal TB 117-2013, FMVSS 302 and UFAC Class I. We include the maker's test reports with your quote. See our fire safety and flammability standards for every fabric.

Built for the water

Every cushion is made to your measurements, with a size tolerance of up to ½″. For complex shapes, send a paper or card template (see how to measure boat cushions and make a template) and we will match it exactly. We share a spec sheet with a drawing for your approval before we cut any fabric.

Lead times and shipping

Custom cushions are usually made in 2–3 weeks. We confirm the timing with your quote, and rush production is available at extra cost. Complete cushions ship to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. Covers ship worldwide.

Warranty

Sunbrella fabrics carry a 5-year fabric warranty from Sunbrella, and our workmanship is covered for 2 years.
