Off-the-shelf cushions rarely fit. Ours are cut to your measurements, for any outdoor seat in any shape: chairs, sofas and sectionals, deep seats, chaises, benches, porch swings, daybeds and boats. Choose a shape, enter your sizes, pick from 160+ Sunbrella colors and select the foam. You see the price as you build.
Every cushion is sewn to order within ±0.5″, most orders ship in 2–3 weeks, and each carries Sunbrella's 5-year fabric warranty plus our 2-year workmanship warranty.
