How it works
From your brief to your door

Send your brief
Sizes, quantities, fabric ideas and your deadline. Photos, drawings or old covers all work. We reply the same day during business hours.
- 02
Approve the spec and quote
You get a spec sheet with every dimension and option, plus a project quote. Nothing is cut until you sign off. Swatches are $7 each if you want to see the fabric first.
- 03
We make it
A deposit starts production, which takes 2–3 weeks for standard shapes, 5–6 weeks for custom shapes made from your template, and 8–12 weeks for Ultraleather and Gabriel. Rush production is available for standard shapes. If anything slips, you hear from us before the date, not after.

Delivered, tracked and insured
The balance is due before shipping. Every parcel is tracked and insured. Covers and foam may arrive separately, and foam needs 12–18 hours to expand once unpacked.

Seat foam is our CertiPUR-US certified Lux foam (1.8 lb density, 50 lb ILD). Outdoor and marine cushions can use quick-draining Dryfast foam. For commercial spaces with fire-code requirements, ask us for the fabric maker's published flammability test results for the fabric you choose. Full cleaning steps are in our FAQs.

Are your fabrics fire rated?
Sunbrella upholstery fabrics meet Cal TB 117-2013, NFPA 260 and UFAC Class I, and Ultraleather meets Cal TB 117, NFPA 260 and ASTM E84 Class A. We send test reports with your quote. See our fire safety standards.
Which fabric is easiest to keep clean?
Ultraleather and Horizon vinyl wipe clean; Sunbrella covers unzip and machine wash.
What are your lead times?
Standard shapes are made and dispatched in 2–3 weeks from spec approval. Custom shapes made from your template take 5–6 weeks from when we receive it, and Ultraleather and Gabriel take 8–12 weeks. Rush production is available for standard shapes. See how commercial orders work.
Can you send a W-9 and set us up as a vendor?
Yes. Fabrica Kraft LLC is a US company. We can send a W-9 and complete vendor forms. ACH is accepted for business orders on a case-by-case basis.
Is there trade pricing?
Yes. Approved trade accounts get 10% off from approval, rising to 15% and 20% as your 12-month spend grows. There's no minimum order. See the trade program.
