RV & Camper Cushions for Dealers, Rental Fleets and Upholsterers

We make custom RV and camper cushions for RV dealers, rental fleets, campgrounds and RV upholstery shops. Dinette seats and backs, sofa and jackknife cushions, bunk and overcab pads: every piece is cut and sewn to your measurements or template, and there is no minimum order, so you can quote one dinette or a whole lot.

What we make

• Dinette cushions: seats and backs for U-shaped, booth and face-to-face dinettes, including pieces that convert into a bed
• Sofa, jackknife and bench cushions made to the frame, with notches and angled ends
• Bunk and overcab pads up to 8″ thick, with thicker pieces quoted by email
• Covers only to re-cover existing foam, or custom-cut replacement foam on its own
• Back rests, bolsters and throw pillows to match

Fabrics and foam

• Sunbrella Horizon marine vinyl for dinettes that get spills and daily wipe-downs between rentals
• Sunbrella On the Road and Sunbrella upholstery fabrics for a soft, fade-resistant finish with machine-washable covers
• Ultraleather for a premium leather look on high-end coaches
• CertiPUR-US certified foam made without added flame-retardant chemicals, in firm, plush and quick-drain grades

Fire safety

Sunbrella Horizon marine vinyl is tested to Cal TB 117-2013, FMVSS 302 and UFAC Class I, and Ultraleather is tested to Cal TB 117 and FMVSS 302, among others. We include the maker's test reports with your quote. See our fire safety and flammability standards for every fabric.

Made to your floor plan

Every cushion is made to your measurements, with a size tolerance of up to ½″ of the size you order, and a free remake if we miss it. For angled or curved pieces, send a paper template and we will match it. We share a spec sheet with a drawing for your approval before we cut any fabric. Dealers and upholsterers who see the same floor plans again can reorder to the same approved spec.

Lead times and shipping

Standard shapes are usually made in 2–3 weeks, and custom shapes from your template in 5–6 weeks. Rush production and express shipping are available at extra cost. Complete cushions ship to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.

Trade pricing and warranty

Dealers and shops that order regularly can join our trade program, with 10%, 15% and 20% tiers and a dedicated contact. Fabrics carry a 5-year warranty from our fabric partners, and our workmanship is covered for 2 years. Read our RV dinette cushion trade guide for measuring and spec tips.
