Buyer’s guide

Specifying seating for aged care

Choosing fabric

  • Wipe-clean Warwick Lustrell for high-use seating.
  • Woven Warwick upholstery for lounges where a softer look matters.
  • Ask for test results before you order.

Choosing foam

Firmer foam is easier to rise from and holds its shape longer. Tell us the seat type and we'll recommend a density and thickness.

Fire safety

Requirements depend on the building and area. See our guide to fire-safety fabrics in Australia and confirm with your certifier.

How it works

From your brief to your door

  1. 01

    Send your brief

Sizes, quantities, fabric ideas and your deadline. Photos, drawings or old covers all work. We reply the same day during business hours.

  2. 02

    Approve the spec and quote

You get a spec sheet with every dimension and option, plus a project quote. Nothing is cut until you sign off. Order swatches if you'd like to see the fabric first.

  3. 03

    We make it

A deposit starts production, which takes 2–3 weeks for standard shapes, 5–6 weeks for custom shapes made from your template, and 8–12 weeks for Ultraleather and Gabriel. Rush production is available for standard shapes. If anything slips, you hear from us before the date, not after.

  4. 04

    Delivered, tracked and insured

The balance is due before dispatch. Delivery is free Australia-wide, and every parcel is tracked and insured. Covers and foam may arrive separately, and foam needs 12–18 hours to expand once unpacked.
