Warranty
- Warwick's Quality Guarantee replaces faulty fabric for three years when the fault comes from a manufacturing defect and the fabric was used and cared for as Warwick recommends.
- Our 2-year workmanship warranty covers everything we sew, including seams, headings and hems. Send us your order number and photos to make a claim.
Care
- Brush or vacuum off loose dirt, and take the panels down or tie them back in storms.
- Treat spills promptly. Blot rather than scrub, and don't soak the fabric.
- Unlined panels can be machine washed on a gentle cycle at up to 40°C. Use a detergent without optical brighteners, and don't wring.
- Line dry out of direct sun. Don't tumble dry. If needed, iron the reverse side on a low setting, as olefin is sensitive to heat.
- For mildew, Warwick suggests 5% household bleach in 95% water, left on for up to 10 minutes and then rinsed well with cold water. Test a hidden spot first.
- Store the panels out of direct sun when they aren't in use for a long time.
Pre-order: how it works
- We order the fabric from Warwick in Australia for your curtains, then cut and sew your panels. Plan on 6–8 weeks from order to delivery.
- Because the fabric is imported to order, Warwick curtains cost about double our standard Sunbrella outdoor curtains.
- Made to within ±0.5″ of your measurements, with tab top, back tab or rod pocket headings and optional blackout lining.
- Custom curtains are made to your measurements, so they can't be returned. We confirm your sizes before we order the fabric.

Seat cushions
Measure the seat side to side and front to back, between arms if there are any. Round up to the nearest ¼″. For a tapered seat, measure the front and back widths.
Back cushions
Measure from the seat to where you want the cushion to stop. Width is usually the same as the seat.
Chaise and Adirondack
Measure the full length laid flat, then the back section from the top to the hinge point where the back rest bends.
Covers only
Measure your foam, not the old cover. We cut the cover to fit snugly.
Pillows
Order the cover the size of your insert. Our micro-fibre inserts are sized to fill the cover.
Curtains
Panel width: add the panels up to 1½–2× the opening. Length: from the rod (or top of the tab) to where the hem should land.
