Product description

Custom Pillow Fiber Fill Inserts are filled with 100% polyester fiber for a soft, squishy feel. This is our recommended filling for sofa back cushions, where you want something to sink into rather than a firm foam block. They also work well for throw pillows, bolsters, headboard cushions, and floor pillows in a reading corner. Fiber fill gives a relaxed, lived-in look that suits casual living rooms and cozy dens. Send us the size of your cover, and we will make a custom pillow insert that fills it out nicely, with no minimum order. Buying for several homes or a store? Choosing your foam

  • Fiber fill: loose 100% polyester filling for back cushions you want to sink into. Not for seats.
  • Dacron wrap (optional): a 1″ layer of polyester fiberfill around the foam that rounds the edges and fills the cover. We attach it with fine staples that won't tear the foam or the cover.

Entering your size

  • Enter every measurement in inches.
  • Sizes between quarter inches are rounded up to the next ¼″.
  • Give us the finished cushion size. If you add a Dacron wrap, don't make the numbers smaller; we allow for the wrap.

Thick cushions

We cut foam up to 6″ thick from one solid piece. From over 6″ to 8″, we glue two layers of the same foam together at no extra charge. For anything over 8″, or to mix two foam types in one cushion, contact us for a quote.

Manufacturing Tolerances

Every piece is cut to within ±0.5″ of your measurements. Most orders ship in 2–3 weeks.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: free on most orders. Your exact shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout.

Returns: every piece is made to order for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or measurement errors.

Defects and damage are covered: if your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is more than 0.5″ off the size you ordered, email care@fabricakraft.com with your order number and photos. We'll repair, remake or replace it at no cost. Please report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
