On this page
Your outdoor space is more than just a patio; it's an extension of your home, a place to relax, entertain, and connect with nature. To truly turn this area into a place of comfort and style, you need outdoor cushions that can withstand the elements while improving your décor. Enter Sunbrella cushions.
Quick answer: Sunbrella cushions improve outdoor living because the solution-dyed fabric resists fading, repels water and spills, resists mildew, and stays breathable and soft. Choose chair, hinged or deep seat cushions made to your furniture's exact size, add throw pillows for color, spot clean or rinse as needed, and let cushions air-dry fully and stay covered when they are not in use.

Frequently asked questions
How thick should Sunbrella patio cushions be?
Most outdoor seat cushions are 3″ to 5″ thick. Dining chairs sit well at 2″ to 3″, and deep seats and loungers feel best at 4″ to 5″. The cushion builder goes up to 8″, and double chaise and daybed cushions up to 12″. Our cushion size and foam guide helps you choose.
Which foam goes inside Sunbrella outdoor cushions?
For cushions left out in the rain, choose dry-fast foam, which lets water drain straight through so the cushion dries quickly. On a covered porch, high-density foam gives a firmer seat. Super Soft foam is for back cushions only. Our US foam is CertiPUR-US certified. Order dry-fast foam on its own or in a complete cushion.
What warranty comes with Sunbrella cushions?
Sunbrella fabric carries a 5-year fabric warranty, and marine collections carry 10 years. Our workmanship is covered for 2 years, and every cushion is cut to within ±0.5″ of your measurements or remade free. Fabric supplied by the customer is not covered by a fabric warranty.
