Custom cushions made to your exact size and shape, for any seat indoors or out. Tell us the length, depth and thickness, choose a fabric and a foam, and we cut and sew the cushion to order. Window seats, dining benches, chairs, sofas, chaises, daybeds, porch swings, boats and dog beds are all covered.

  2. Pick the shape, then enter the length, depth and thickness.
  3. Choose your fabric, foam and options. The price updates as you build.
  4. We send a spec to approve, then cut and sew your cushion.

How much do custom cushions cost?

Price depends on size, thickness, fabric and foam. The builder shows the exact price before you check out.

Can I order just a cover or just the foam?

Yes. Order custom cushion covers to fit foam you already have, or foam cut to size for covers you want to keep.

How long do custom cushions take?

Most orders are made and shipped in 2–3 weeks. Templates and large orders can take a little longer, and we confirm the timing when you order.

Do you make custom cushions for businesses?

A cushion only looks right when it fits. We make custom cushions to your exact width, depth and thickness for window seats and breakfast nooks, dining and patio chairs, sofas and sectionals, chaises, daybeds and swings, piano benches, ottomans, pet beds, floor seating and boats. There is no minimum order.

Outdoors: custom outdoor cushions in 160+ Sunbrella colours, including chaise lounge cushions, deep seat cushions, porch swing cushions and boat cushions.

Indoors: window seat cushions, bench and mudroom cushions, piano bench cushions, banquette cushions and custom seat cushions in Warwick, velvet and faux leather.

Pick the product, then the shape: rectangle, round, tapered, L or T, bolster or V-berth. Choose Sunbrella for anywhere that sees sun or spills, or Warwick, velvet and faux leather for living rooms and bedrooms. Then pick the foam and finishing, such as piping, ties and Dacron wrap, and the price updates as you go.

We cut every cushion to within ±0.5″ and ship in 2–3 weeks. Ask for a spec sheet and we email a drawing with every measurement; nothing is cut until you approve it.

Order the complete cushion, a cover only or foam only. All foam is CertiPUR-US certified and cut in the USA, and the price per cushion drops as you add more.

What cushion shapes can you make? + −

Squares and rectangles, rounds, trapezoids, L and T shapes, bolsters, angled and trimmed-corner window seats, and V-berth boat mattresses. For anything else, send a paper template after you order and we confirm the cut before we start.

Is there a minimum order? + −

No. You can order a single cushion or a full set, and the price per cushion drops as you add more.

Can I check the design before you cut? + −

Yes. Tick the spec sheet option when you order and we email a drawing with every measurement. Nothing is cut until you approve it, and you can change or cancel free until then.

Can I return a custom cushion? + −

Custom cushions are made to your sizes, so they can't be returned. That's why we cut to within ±0.5″ and offer a spec sheet to approve before cutting.
