We work from your furniture measurements or templates, in Sunbrella fabric or Sunbrella Horizon marine vinyl, with quick-drying foam built for wet swimsuits and full sun. There is no minimum order, so you can replace a handful of worn pads or refit an entire pool deck.

- Schedule production around your season. Standard-shape cushions usually take 2–3 weeks and custom shapes 5–6 weeks; we confirm the date on your quote, so order before peak season.

Can you replace cushions for our existing pool furniture?
Yes. Send your current cushion sizes or the furniture brand and model, and we will match them. We also make replacement cushions for popular outdoor furniture brands.
Which fabric lasts longest by the pool?
Sunbrella upholstery fabric is the most popular choice for comfort and fade resistance. Choose Sunbrella Horizon marine vinyl if cushions need wiping down between guests.
How long does a pool deck order take?
Standard-shape cushions usually take 2–3 weeks after you approve the spec sheet, and custom shapes made from your template take 5–6 weeks from when we receive it. Rush production and express shipping are available for standard shapes at extra cost. We tell you in advance if anything changes.
Is there a minimum order or trade discount?
There is no minimum order. Approved trade accounts get 10% off from day one, 15% after $5,000 in rolling 12-month spend and 20% after $20,000. Apply for a trade account.
Do you make daybed and cabana cushions?

Do you ship pool cushions outside the US?
Complete cushions ship to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. Covers only can ship worldwide.
Are pool cushions waterproof?
Most Sunbrella fabrics are water-repellent, not waterproof: water beads off, but a downpour or a wet swimsuit soaks through. Sunbrella Rain and Sunbrella Horizon marine vinyl are waterproof. Can we try one cushion before ordering for the whole deck?
Yes, and we recommend it for large orders. Order one cushion of each type, check the fit on your loungers, then order the rest. Fabric swatches are $7 each and credited back on your order.
Can you send a W-9 and set us up as a vendor?
Yes. Fabrica Kraft LLC is a US company. We can send a W-9 and complete your vendor onboarding forms. Quoted projects are invoiced, with a deposit to start production. Email operation@fabricakraft.com.
