Custom Sofa & Couch Cushion Covers

If your sofa still feels good but the fabric is faded, stained or worn, new sofa cushion covers are the simple fix. We make couch cushion covers for seat cushions, back cushions and T-cushions, cut and sewn to order from your measurements. You keep your foam and get a fresh, fitted look.

Zippered cushion covers made to your size

Every cover closes with a YKK zipper, so it slides over your foam and comes off for cleaning. Add piping for a tailored edge, or ties if the cushions tend to slide. Before we cut any fabric, we send a spec sheet for you to approve. If the finished cover is more than ±0.5 inch off the size you approved, we remake it free.

For Sunbrella covers, start with the zippered cushion cover builder. For a full replacement, use the replacement couch cushion builder and choose cover only. Wide-arm sofas often need the T-cushion builder in this collection.

Fabrics for replacement cushion covers

Sunbrella comes in 160+ colours. It is solution-dyed acrylic, so it resists fading and mildew, and the covers are machine-washable. That makes it a good pick for homes with kids and pets. For a softer indoor look, choose Warwick, velvet, Gabriel or Ultraleather. Not sure about a colour? Order fabric swatches first. Swatches are $7 each and credited back on a $100+ cushion order within 90 days.

How to measure for couch cushion covers

Unzip the old cover and measure the foam itself: width across the front, depth front to back, and thickness at the side. Old covers stretch, so the foam is the true size. Measure each cushion on its own. Our guide on how to measure couch cushions walks through T-cushions and back cushions.

Cover only or new foam too?

If the foam springs back when you press it, a new cover is all you need. If it stays dented, add couch cushion foam cut to size, or read replace the foam or the whole cushion. See also replacement couch cushions.

Yes. We accept customer's own fabric (COM). COM orders carry our workmanship warranty only.
