We make new seat and back cushions for sofas, loveseats, sectionals, sleeper sofas and futons, with fresh foam and a zippered cover. How to measure
- Measure each seat cushion seam to seam: width, depth and thickness.
- Measure back cushions for width and height, and the thickness at the top and bottom if they taper.
- For T-shaped seat cushions, give the width at the front (the T) and at the back, plus the depth of the T.
- Note any cushions that are different, such as corner or chaise pieces on a sectional.

Foam and fabric
- Lux seat foam: firm, 1.8 lb density, 50 lb ILD, CertiPUR-US, typical life 5–8 years. Best for dining seats 1″ to 3″ thick.
- High Density foam: medium feel for everyday seating and firmer indoor backs.
- Dry Fast foam: open-cell, antimicrobial foam that drains water, for outdoor and marine use. 1.8 lb, 60 lb ILD, 5–8 year life.
- Super Soft foam: back cushions only. 1.2 lb, 12 lb ILD.
- Dacron wrap: adds about 1/4″ for a softer, rounder look. Do not reduce your measurements for it.
- Fibre fill: soft polyester fill for loose back cushions.

Foam up to 6″ is one solid piece; 6″ to 8″ is two pieces bonded at no extra charge. For thicker or layered cushions, contact us.
Delivery and warranty
Most orders are made and dispatched in 2–3 weeks, with free standard shipping. Rush production and express shipping cost extra. Foam and covers may arrive in separate boxes. Ultraleather and Gabriel take 8–12 weeks. Warranty: 2 years on workmanship, 3 years on foam, 5 years on Sunbrella fabric.

Which foam is best for couch cushions?
High Density foam with a Dacron wrap is a popular choice for seats: firm enough to last, with a soft, rounded look. Lux foam is firmer.
Can you make T-cushions?
Yes. Give us the width at the front and back and the depth of the T, and we cut the foam and cover to match.
Do you make couch cushions in velvet or leather?

Can I replace just the foam or just the covers?
Yes. Order foam only or covers only. Not sure? Read replace the foam or the whole cushion.

Seat cushions
Measure the seat side to side and front to back, between arms if there are any. Round up to the nearest ¼″. For a tapered seat, measure the front and back widths.
Back cushions
Measure from the seat to where you want the cushion to stop. Width is usually the same as the seat.
Chaise and Adirondack
Measure the full length laid flat, then the back section from the top to the hinge point where the back rest bends.
Covers only
Measure your foam, not the old cover. We cut the cover to fit snugly.
Pillows
Order the cover the size of your insert. Our micro-fibre inserts are sized to fill the cover.
Curtains
Panel width: add the panels up to 1½–2× the opening. Length: from the rod (or top of the tab) to where the hem should land.

Back cushions: Super Soft for a plush lean-back or High density (HD36-R) for a firmer back indoors; Dryfast outdoors. Super Soft is not used for seats.
Cover only: every product can be ordered as just the cover, cut to your size.
Pillows: soft polyester micro-fibre insert, or cover only.
Dacron wrap: a polyester layer around the foam that rounds the edges and fills the cover. Single or double. All foam is made in the USA.

Can I order just the cover?
Yes. Choose “Cover only” and measure your foam.
Can I leave it outside?
Choose Outdoor: Sunbrella fabric with Dryfast foam, which drains and dries fast.
Is the price final?
Yes for standard shapes, with free shipping included. There is nothing more to pay on delivery: we pay all Canadian import duty and GST/HST. Unique shapes are confirmed once we have your template.
