Cushion Covers – Custom Replacement Covers, Any Size

Custom cushion covers for the foam you already have. If your cushions still hold their shape but the fabric has faded, torn or gone moldy, a new zippered replacement cushion cover is the simplest fix. We sew each cover to the exact size of your foam for patio chairs, sofas and sectionals, chaise lounges, benches, swings and daybeds, in Sunbrella or, with the builder set to Indoor, Warwick, velvet and faux leather. How to measure

• Take the old cover off and measure the foam itself: width, depth and thickness.
• Measure each cushion separately; cushions that look the same often differ by an inch.
• For tapered or shaped cushions, give the front and back widths, or trace the foam on paper and send a photo.
• Note where you want the zipper (usually the back edge) and whether you want piping or ties.

Fabric and foam

Pick from 41 popular Sunbrella colours above, or name any of our 160+ Sunbrella fabrics from the full range in your quote notes. Sunbrella is solution-dyed acrylic that resists fading and mildew. Sunbrella covers are machine-washable. You can also send your own fabric. If you want new foam too, add Dry Fast, High Density, Lux or Super Soft foam in the builder; all foam is made in the USA.

2. Enter your measurements in inches (rounded up to the nearest 1/4″), plus foam, thickness, piping and ties.
3. We email a spec sheet to confirm price and specs before we cut anything.

Foam up to 6″ is one solid piece; 6″ to 8″ is two pieces bonded at no extra charge. For thicker or layered cushions, contact us.

Delivery and warranty

Most orders are made and dispatched in 2–3 weeks, with free standard shipping. Rush production and express shipping cost extra. Foam and covers may arrive in separate boxes. Covers alone ship worldwide. Warranty: 2 years on workmanship, 3 years on foam, 5 years on Sunbrella fabric.

Questions about cushion covers

Do I measure the foam or the old cover?

Measure the foam. Old covers stretch and shrink, so the foam gives a truer size. We size the new cover for a snug fit.

Will a new cover fit my old, flattened foam?

A cover made to the original size will look loose on foam that has lost height. If your foam is flat, replace the foam too or order a full cushion. Foam and covers may arrive in separate boxes.

Do the covers have zippers, and can I wash them?

Yes. Every cover has a zipper. Sunbrella covers machine wash cold on delicate with mild detergent; air dry. See how to clean Sunbrella cushions.

Can you match my existing piping (welting) or ties?

Yes. Tell us the style in your quote notes and send a photo of the old cover.
