How our wholesale program works
Pricing and payment
Wholesale pricing is quoted per order, based on fabric, size and quantity. A deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipping. Tell us your expected volumes and we'll price larger runs accordingly. Approved trade accounts also get 10% to 20% off through our trade program.
Building a range
Start with sizes that are hard to buy ready-made: window seats, benches, chaise cushions and replacement deep seat cushions. Offer two or three Sunbrella neutrals plus one seasonal colour, and let customers order custom sizes through you.
Order fabric swatches if you want a physical colour card for your showroom.
Fulfillment options
- Bulk to you: delivered to your warehouse or store, tracked and insured.
- Dropship: shipped directly to your customer under your brand.
- Where it ships from: US-collection covers mostly ship from our Illinois warehouse, foam for US orders ships from within the US, and European and French collection covers come from our production unit in India.

Online sellers: RV, camper and boat cushions
Many of our resellers run online stores for a single niche, such as RV and camper cushions, boat cushions or patio replacements. Your customers order custom sizes on your site and we make and blind-ship each order to them.
- RV dinettes: seat and back sets in any size, usually 3–5 inches thick, in Sunbrella, Warwick or marine vinyl.
- Campers and boats: Dryfast foam drains and dries fast where cushions get wet.
- Odd shapes: angled ends and notches are made from a paper template.

From your brief to your door

Send your brief
Sizes, quantities, fabric ideas and your deadline. Photos, drawings or old covers all work. We reply the same day during business hours.

Approve the spec and quote
You get a spec sheet with every dimension and option, plus a project quote. Nothing is cut until you sign off. Swatches are $7 each if you want to see the fabric first.
- 03
We make it
A deposit starts production, which takes 2–3 weeks for standard shapes, 5–6 weeks for custom shapes made from your template, and 8–12 weeks for Ultraleather and Gabriel. Rush production is available for standard shapes. If anything slips, you hear from us before the date, not after.

Delivered, tracked and insured
The balance is due before shipping. Every parcel is tracked and insured. Covers and foam may arrive separately, and foam needs 12–18 hours to expand once unpacked.

Seat foam is our CertiPUR-US certified Lux foam (1.8 lb density, 50 lb ILD). Outdoor and marine cushions can use quick-draining Dryfast foam. What is your minimum order for wholesale?
There isn't one. Order what you need.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes. We can ship directly to your customers, with your branded packaging if you like.
Can I sell your cushions under my own brand?
Yes. See our white-label program for labels, packaging and photography.
Which countries can you ship to?
Complete cushions ship to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. Covers ship worldwide.
How long does a wholesale order take?
2–3 weeks from spec approval for in-stock fabrics. Custom shapes made from a template take 5–6 weeks. Rush production is available for standard shapes.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Order fabric swatches, or a single cushion to check construction.
Do you offer trade pricing for retailers?
Yes. Approved trade accounts get 10% off from day one, 15% after $5,000 in rolling 12-month spend and 20% after $20,000. See the trade program.
Can you send a W-9 and set us up as a vendor?
Yes. Fabrica Kraft LLC is a US company. We can send a W-9 and complete your vendor or supplier onboarding forms; email operation@fabricakraft.com. Quoted projects are invoiced, with a deposit to start production.
Do you blind-ship to my customers?
Yes. We ship direct to your customers anywhere in the US with no Fabrica Kraft branding, promotional material or prices in the box, and we can use your labels and packaging. Covers and foam often arrive in separate parcels, so let your customers know to expect two boxes.
Can I start before my website is live?
Yes. There's no minimum order and no website requirement. Apply for a trade account with your business name and type (a Tax ID or EIN is optional), and start with single customer orders.
Can you send a wholesale price sheet?
Yes. Because every cushion is custom, we price by size. Send your most common sizes, foam and fabrics to operation@fabricakraft.com and we'll build a price sheet at your trade rate. US shipping is free, so there's nothing extra to add to your margins.
Who is responsible if my customer measures wrong?
We cut to the size on the order, within ±0.5 inch, and remake free if we're outside that or there's a defect. Cushions made to wrong measurements supplied by the customer can't be returned, so share our measuring guide and send us anything unusual to check before you order.
Do I need a resale certificate?
Not to apply. If you have one, send it and we'll remove sales tax on your orders in the states where we collect it.
