Replacement outdoor cushion covers for any shape

Use the outdoor cushion cover builder for any rectangular cushion. Every builder in this collection, from outdoor chair cushions to deep seats, chaises and porch swings, also has a cover-only option. Add piping, ties or Velcro on request. We send a spec sheet for your approval before any fabric is cut.

How to measure

Measure the foam edge to edge: width, depth and thickness. Old covers stretch, so the foam gives the true size. If the foam has flattened or crumbled, order custom cut foam with the cover, or see complete custom outdoor cushions.

Care

To wash, remove the foam, zip the cover closed and machine wash on delicate cold with mild detergent. Air dry, with no dryer or steamer. For mildew, use 1 cup bleach and 1/4 cup mild soap per gallon of water, let it sit 15 minutes, scrub gently, rinse and air dry. Our guide on how to clean Sunbrella cushions has more detail.
