A custom chaise lounge cushion for pool loungers, patio chaises, lounge chairs and indoor chaise lounges. We sew the cushion with a hinge where your chaise folds, so it follows the frame from sitting to lying flat. How to measure
- Measure the full length of the chaise lying flat, and the width.
- Measure the back section length separately so we place the hinge at the fold.
- If the foot section folds, give that length as well.
- 3″ Dry Fast foam is the standard for pool loungers.

Foam and fabric
- Lux seat foam: firm, 1.8 lb density, 50 lb ILD, CertiPUR-US, typical life 5–8 years. Best for dining seats 1″ to 3″ thick.
- High Density foam: medium feel for everyday seating and firmer indoor backs.
- Dry Fast foam: open-cell, antimicrobial foam that drains water, for outdoor and marine use. 1.8 lb, 60 lb ILD, 5–8 year life.
- Super Soft foam: back cushions only. 1.2 lb, 12 lb ILD.
- Dacron wrap: adds about 1/4″ for a softer, rounder look. Do not reduce your measurements for it.
- Fibre fill: soft polyester fill for loose back cushions.

- Enter your measurements in inches (rounded up to the nearest 1/4″), plus foam, thickness, piping and ties.
- We email a spec sheet to confirm price and specs before we cut anything.
Foam up to 6″ is one solid piece; 6″ to 8″ is two pieces bonded at no extra charge. For thicker or layered cushions, contact us.
Delivery and warranty
Most orders are made and dispatched in 2–3 weeks, with free standard shipping. Rush production and express shipping cost extra. Foam and covers may arrive in separate boxes. Warranty: 2 years on workmanship, 5 years on Sunbrella fabric.

Questions about chaise lounge cushions
Can the chaise cushion bend where my lounger folds?
Yes. We sew a hinge seam at the point you give us, or at each fold for multi-position loungers.
Is Sunbrella good for pool lounge cushions?

How thick should a lounge chair cushion be?
3″ Dry Fast foam is the standard for pool loungers. Go thicker for a softer indoor chaise.
Can I add a headrest pillow?
Yes, add it in the quote notes and we make a matching headrest with ties.

Seat cushions
Measure the seat side to side and front to back, between arms if there are any. Round up to the nearest ¼″. For a tapered seat, measure the front and back widths.
Back cushions
Measure from the seat to where you want the cushion to stop. Width is usually the same as the seat.
Chaise and Adirondack
Measure the full length laid flat, then the back section from the top to the hinge point where the back rest bends.
Covers only
Measure your foam, not the old cover. We cut the cover to fit snugly.
Pillows
Order the cover the size of your insert. Our micro-fibre inserts are sized to fill the cover.
Curtains
Panel width: add the panels up to 1½–2× the opening. Length: from the rod (or top of the tab) to where the hem should land.

Back cushions: Super Soft for a plush lean-back or High density (HD36-R) for a firmer back indoors; Dryfast outdoors. Super Soft is not used for seats.
Cover only: every product can be ordered as just the cover, cut to your size.
Pillows: soft polyester micro-fibre insert, or cover only.
Dacron wrap: a polyester layer around the foam that rounds the edges and fills the cover. Single or double. All foam is made in the USA.

Do I save if I order more?
Yes. The more you order, the less each piece costs: 2+, 4+, 8+ and 16+ unlock lower prices, shown above the Add to cart button.
Can I order just the cover?
Yes. Choose “Cover only” and measure your foam.
Can I leave it outside?
Choose Outdoor: Sunbrella fabric with Dryfast foam, which drains and dries fast.
Is the price final?
Yes for standard shapes, with free shipping included. There is nothing more to pay on delivery: we pay all Canadian import duty and GST/HST. Unique shapes are confirmed once we have your template.
