Pick the right feel
Refresh instead of replace
If the covers are still good and only the seat has gone soft, order foam only. If the frame is sound but the fabric is worn, order new covers in a performance fabric.
Seat cushions on many traditional sofas are T-shaped where they wrap the arm. Measure both the main width and the wider front.
