Custom cushions are simple to order once you know the steps. This guide covers everything a first-time buyer needs: how to measure, how to choose fabric and foam, what happens after you order, and our First Order Promise.

From measuring to delivery

Measure. Measure the frame or seat, not just the old cushion, which has usually shrunk. Our measuring guide shows each shape. Unsure? Send us photos or a video and we’ll check.

Choose fabric. Pick from Sunbrella, Warwick and more. If colour matters, order a swatch first; the cost comes back as a discount code on your cushion order.

Choose foam. Not sure? Pick an Essential, Signature or Premium package, or see the foam table below.

Approve your spec sheet. Every order gets a spec sheet to approve before we cut, so you can check each measurement first. You can cancel free of charge until you approve it.

Delivery. Standard shapes ship in 2–3 weeks; shapes made from your template in 5–6 weeks. Shipping is free.

Approve before we cut: you can cancel free of charge any time before you approve your spec sheet.
Our mistake, free remake: if a cushion is more than 0.5″ off the size you ordered, we remake it free.
Your mistake, half-price remake: if you mis-measure on your first order, we remake it at 50% off, once.
Swatches credited back: the cost of your swatches comes back as a discount code on your cushion order.

Custom cushions are made to your size, so they are not returnable. Check your spec sheet carefully before you approve it.

Questions first-time buyers ask

Is ordering custom cushions complicated?

No. For standard shapes you enter three numbers (width, depth, thickness) and choose fabric and foam, or pick a package. For unusual shapes, send a template and we help with the rest.

What if I measure wrong?

Send us photos or a video before you order and we’ll check your measurements. You can also cancel free of charge until you approve your spec sheet. If you still mis-measure on your first order, we remake it at 50% off, once.

What if my cushion arrives the wrong size?

If it is more than 0.5″ off the size you ordered, we remake it free.

How long do custom cushions take?

Standard shapes ship in 2–3 weeks; template shapes in 5–6 weeks. Rush production is available at extra cost.

Can I order just covers or just foam?

Yes. Every builder offers cover only, and foam is sold cut to size.
