Pool decks and terraces
Pool cushions face sun, chlorine, sunscreen and wet guests. Specify Sunbrella for the covers and Dryfast foam inside, which lets water drain and has an antimicrobial treatment. Add ties so cushions stay put in wind. For fully exposed areas, Sunbrella Rain is waterproof.
Guest rooms and common areas

Short-term rentals
For Airbnb and vacation rentals, choose fabrics guests can't easily ruin. Sunbrella throughout, a few spare covers per size and one neutral palette across the property make turnovers faster. Covers come off with zippers for washing between stays.

Send your brief
Sizes, quantities, fabric ideas and your deadline. Photos, drawings or old covers all work. We reply the same day during business hours.

Approve the spec and quote
You get a spec sheet with every dimension and option, plus a project quote. Nothing is cut until you sign off. Swatches are $6 each if you want to see the fabric first.
- 03
We make it
A deposit starts production, which takes 2–3 weeks (8–12 for Ultraleather and Gabriel). Rush production is available. If anything slips, you hear from us before the date, not after.

Delivered, tracked and insured
The balance is due before shipping. Every parcel is tracked and insured. Covers and foam may arrive separately, and foam needs 12–18 hours to expand once unpacked.

Seat foam is our CertiPUR-US certified Lux foam (1.8 lb density, 50 lb ILD). Outdoor and marine cushions can use quick-draining Dryfast foam. Do you have a minimum order for hotels?
No. Order for one suite, one villa or a whole resort.
What's the best cushion for a hotel pool?
Sunbrella covers with Dryfast foam. Dryfast drains water and dries quickly, and Sunbrella resists fading and mildew.
Can you match our existing loungers?
Yes. Send sizes or an old cushion. We cut to the approved spec within ½ inch.
Are your fabrics fire-rated for hotels?
Yes. Our Sunbrella upholstery fabrics are tested to Cal TB 117-2013, NFPA 260 and UFAC Class I, and Ultraleather to Cal TB 117 and NFPA 260. We send the fabric maker's test reports with your quote. For drapery that must meet NFPA 701, ask about Sunbrella Exceed FR. See our fire safety and flammability standards.
Can you ship to several properties?
Yes, tracked and insured. Complete cushions ship to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.
How do payments work?
A deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipping. Projects are quoted per order.
