Does it cover custom made-to-measure orders?
Yes. The guarantee applies to everything we sell. For custom cushions and covers, the other item has to match on fabric brand and color, size, foam and construction.
What counts as a verifiable price?
A price anyone can see today on another retailer's website or in a current ad, for an item that is in stock. Send us the link or the ad and we will check it.
Which prices can't be matched?
Clearance items, limited-time promotions and membership-based pricing are not included.
Can I ask after I've placed my order?
Yes. Add your order number to the form and we will review it once we have verified the lower price.
