Step by step
1. Send your brief
Sizes, quantities, fabric preferences, photos, delivery address and any fire-safety requirement.
2. Samples
Order swatches, and for large or complex projects one cushion of each type to check on site.
3. Spec sheet and quote
We send an itemized quote and a spec sheet with drawings, typically within 1–2 business days.
4. Approval and deposit
You approve the spec sheet. Quoted projects are invoiced: a deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipping.
5. Production
2–3 weeks for standard shapes, 5–6 weeks for custom shapes from a template, 8–12 weeks for Ultraleather and Gabriel. Rush is available for standard shapes.
6. Delivery
Free shipping, tracked and insured, to one site or several, in phases if needed. Complete cushions ship free anywhere in Australia (we also ship to the US, Canada and the UK); covers ship worldwide.
How it works
From your brief to your door

Send your brief
Sizes, quantities, fabric ideas and your deadline. Photos, drawings or old covers all work. We reply the same day during business hours.

Approve the spec and quote
You get a spec sheet with every dimension and option, plus a project quote. Nothing is cut until you sign off. Swatches are $7 each if you want to see the fabric first.
- 03
We make it
A deposit starts production, which takes 2–3 weeks for standard shapes, 5–6 weeks for custom shapes made from your template, and 8–12 weeks for Ultraleather and Gabriel. Rush production is available for standard shapes. If anything slips, you hear from us before the date, not after.

Delivered, tracked and insured
The balance is due before shipping. Every parcel is tracked and insured. Covers and foam may arrive separately, and foam needs 12–18 hours to expand once unpacked.

Seat foam is our Australian-made Lux foam (29 kg/m³ density, 50 lb ILD). Outdoor and marine cushions can use quick-draining Dryfast foam. For commercial spaces with fire-code requirements, ask us for the fabric maker's published flammability test results for the fabric you choose. Full cleaning steps are in our FAQs.

What are your lead times?
Standard shapes are made and dispatched in 2–3 weeks from spec approval. Custom shapes made from your template take 5–6 weeks from when we receive it, and Ultraleather and Gabriel take 8–12 weeks. Rush production is available for standard shapes. See how commercial orders work.
How accurate is the fit?
Every piece is cut within ±13 mm (about 1.3 cm) of the spec sheet you approve, and remade free if it's outside that.
Can we see samples first?
Yes. Order fabric swatches, and for larger projects order one cushion of each type to check on site before the full run.
How does payment work for projects?
Quoted projects are invoiced: a deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipping. Card payment is available for smaller orders.
Can you deliver in phases?
Yes. Tell us your phases and we schedule production and delivery around them.
Is there trade pricing?
Yes. Approved trade accounts get 10% off from approval, rising to 15% and 20% as your 12-month spend grows. There's no minimum order. See the trade program.
