Good outdoor furniture lasts for decades; its cushions usually last a few seasons. Instead of replacing the whole set, replace the cushions. We make replacement cushions for outdoor furniture to the size of the frames you already own, from any brand.

We make seat and back cushions for patio dining chairs, club chairs, rockers and gliders; deep seat cushions for sofas, sectionals and loveseats; full-length chaise lounge cushions; porch swing and swing bed cushions; and bench cushions for garden and porch benches.

The easiest way to order is to measure your old cushion seam to seam: width, depth and thickness. If the seat tapers, give both widths. If there is no old cushion, measure the inside of the frame and we will size the cushion to fit.

Every replacement cushion is sewn in Sunbrella fabric, which resists fading and mildew, with a zippered cover so the foam can be replaced later. Choose Dry Fast foam for furniture that stays out in the rain, or High Density foam for covered patios.

Yes. We work from measurements, so the brand of the furniture does not matter. A photo of the furniture and the old cushion helps us match the shape.

What is the best way to measure for replacement cushions? + −

Measure the old cushion seam to seam: width, depth and thickness. If there is no old cushion, measure the inside of the frame.

How do I measure an old cushion that has lost its shape? + −

Measure the furniture frame where the cushion sits. For tapered seats, measure the front and back widths. Seat and back cushions are separate items, so measure each one.

Can I replace just the covers? + −

Yes. If the foam is in good shape, order covers only and give us the foam size.

Which foam should I choose? + −

Dry Fast foam for furniture left outside in the rain; High Density foam for covered patios and porches where you want a firmer seat.

Why do outdoor cushions wear out? + −

Sun fades fabric that is not solution-dyed, and water trapped in standard foam causes mildew and flattening. Sunbrella fabric and Dry Fast quick-dry foam address both.

Is it cheaper to replace cushions than buy new furniture? + −

Replacing cushions usually costs a fraction of a new set, and a good frame can last for decades.

How long do replacement cushions take? + −

About 2 weeks for in-stock fabrics and about 4 weeks for other fabrics, and shipping is free.
