Why Fabrica Kraft

Seating built for service

Cut to your banquette

Long runs, corners and curves cut to your drawings or a paper template. Runs longer than 2.3 m (92 inches) are made in matched sections.

Fabrics that clean between sittings

Warwick Lustrell and Sunbrella Horizon vinyl wipe clean; Sunbrella covers unzip and machine wash.

Ready for alfresco

Sunbrella resists fading in Australian sun, and quick-dry foam drains after rain.

Matching replacements later

We keep your approved specs, so a cushion damaged mid-service can be replaced to match.

Buyer’s guide

Choosing cafe and restaurant cushions

Measuring a banquette

  • Measure seat length along the front edge and depth from front to wall.
  • Measure back height from the seat to the top, and note angles.
  • Note corners and where runs meet so we can plan joins.
  • Photograph the existing cushions, zips and ties.

Curves and angled ends: see how to order custom-shaped cushions.

Picking fabric by area

  • Indoor booths: Warwick Lustrell or Sunbrella Horizon vinyl.
  • Covered alfresco: Sunbrella.
  • Uncovered or waterfront: Sunbrella waterproof or Horizon vinyl, with quick-dry foam.

Planning around opening dates

Approve specs about four weeks before you need the seating. Rush production is available for standard shapes, and a few spare covers in your main size cover you when one gets damaged.

How it works

From your brief to your door

  1. 01

    Send your brief

Sizes, quantities, fabric ideas and your deadline. Photos, drawings or old covers all work. We reply the same day during business hours.

  2. 02

    Approve the spec and quote

You get a spec sheet with every dimension and option, plus a project quote. Nothing is cut until you sign off. Order swatches if you'd like to see the fabric first.

  3. 03

    We make it

A deposit starts production, which takes 2–3 weeks for standard shapes, 5–6 weeks for custom shapes made from your template, and 8–12 weeks for Ultraleather and Gabriel. Rush production is available for standard shapes. If anything slips, you hear from us before the date, not after.

  4. 04

    Delivered, tracked and insured

The balance is due before dispatch. Delivery is free Australia-wide, and every parcel is tracked and insured. Covers and foam may arrive separately, and foam needs 12–18 hours to expand once unpacked.

Questions we get asked

Can't find your answer? Email business@fabricakraft.com or call +1 302-803-5171.

Can you make cushions for a curved or angled banquette?

Yes. Send drawings or a paper template. Custom shapes take 5–6 weeks from when we receive the template. See how to order custom-shaped cushions.

What's the most durable fabric for cafe booths?

Wipe-clean Warwick Lustrell or Sunbrella Horizon vinyl for indoor booths; Sunbrella for alfresco seating.

Do you deliver to regional areas?

Yes. Delivery is free to all Australian states and territories, including regional towns.
