Replacement cushions for Structube sofas

Seat cushions carry the daily load, so they soften long before the frame wears out. If the covers still look good, new foam alone brings the seat back; if not, order complete cushions. For a crisp, modern edge choose Lux-R or HD36-R foam with a light Dacron wrap.

Dry winter heating can be hard on some fabrics. Performance fabrics such as Warwick and Sunbrella, and wipe-clean faux leather, are easy to live with in busy homes with pets and children.

How it works

Order in three steps

Measure your Structube cushions in inches: width at the front and back, depth, thickness, and where any ties sit. Our measuring guide shows how.

Choose your fabric and foam in the builder. Not sure about colour? Order swatches first; the cost comes back as a code on your order.

We cut your cushions to within ±0.5″ of your sizes and make them in 2–3 weeks. Duty and GST/HST are paid by us, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Are these official Structube cushions?

No. Fabrica Kraft makes custom cushions to your measurements so they fit your Structube furniture. We are not affiliated with Structube.

Can I keep my covers and replace only the foam?

Yes. Unzip the cover, measure the foam and order foam only to that size.

What if a cushion doesn't fit?

We cut within ±0.5″ of the sizes you order. If a cushion arrives outside that, we remake it free. See our warranty and fit guarantee.

Do I pay duty or GST/HST on delivery?

No. Canadian orders are shipped duty paid: we pay the import duty and GST/HST, so there is nothing to pay at your door.

How long does it take?

Standard shapes take 2–3 weeks to make and template shapes 5–6 weeks.
