25x27 Outdoor Cushions

A 25″ × 27″ cushion is a rectangular deep-seat size: 25″ wide and 27″ from front to back. It suits deep-seat chairs and sectional pieces that are deeper than they are wide. We cut every cushion to order, so if your frame is the other way round, or a little different, enter your own numbers.

Measure

Check your size

Measure the seat frame inside the arms, side to side and front to back.
Width is side to side and depth is front to back. If it reads 25″ wide and 27″ deep, order that; if it is 27″ wide and 25″ deep, enter it that way round. You never have to round to a stock size.
Use your old cushion only as a cross-check: it has usually flattened and shrunk a little.

Questions

Is 25x27 a standard outdoor cushion size?

It is a common rectangular size for deep seating, but frames vary by brand. Measure your frame and enter the exact size; we cut in ¼″ steps.

Can I get just a 25x27 cover?

Yes. Order cover only to fit foam you already have.

What if my cushion arrives the wrong size?

We usually cut within ¼″ of the size you order. Our maximum tolerance is ±1″ on length and width (±1½″ for cushions of 6 sq ft or more) and ±½″ on thickness; if a cushion is outside that, we remake it free under our fit guarantee.

How thick should a 25x27 cushion be?

Usually 4″ to 6″ for deep seating. Thinner cushions on a deep seat tend to feel hard and bottom out sooner.
