How do I keep a deep seat from feeling flat?
Deep seating cushions do a lot of work, and a soft seat foam compresses quickly under daily use. For Sunvilla sofas and club chairs, most people choose HD36-R for a medium seat or Lux-R for a firmer one, then add a Dacron wrap for a rounded, softer surface. Pair that with Super Soft back cushions and you get support where you sit and give where you lean. We only use Super Soft in back cushions, never in seats.

Sectional pieces can look identical but measure slightly differently, especially corner and armless units. Measure every cushion and label it before ordering. If a corner cushion is L-shaped, use the L-shaped builder, and if the shape is unusual, email a paper template to care@fabricakraft.com.
