Hanover patio sets, including popular collections such as Ventura and Strathmere, are built around cushions that eventually fade or flatten long before the frames wear out. We make replacement cushions to the exact size of your Hanover seating, in Sunbrella fabric with outdoor foam.

What we make for Hanover furniture
Order in three steps
Measure your existing Hanover cushion: width at the front and back, depth, thickness, and where any ties or zippers sit. Our measuring guide shows how.
Choose your fabric and foam in the builder. Not sure about colour? Order a swatch first.
We cut your cushions to within ±13 mm of your measurements and ship in 2–3 weeks.
Better than the original
Replacing cushions on Hanover sets
Many Hanover conversation and sectional sets use deep seat cushions with separate back cushions. Measure each piece separately, because corner and armless sections are often different sizes even within one set.
If the original cushions have a T-shape or a rounded front edge, trace one on paper and send a photo so we can match the shape.
FAQFrequently asked questions
Are these official Hanover cushions?
No. Fabrica Kraft makes custom cushions to your measurements so they fit your Hanover furniture. We are not affiliated with Hanover.
Will they fit my Hanover furniture?
Yes, as long as you send the measurements of your existing cushions. We cut to within ±13 mm of your sizes, and if a cushion arrives outside that, we remake it. See our fit guarantee.
Can you copy an unusual shape?
Yes. T-shaped, rounded, angled and notched cushions are all possible. Email care@fabricakraft.com with a photo and your measurements.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship in 2–3 weeks. Custom shapes from a template take 5–6 weeks.
Do you have Hanover Ventura or Strathmere cushion sizes on file?
No. Sizes vary across production years, so measure your own cushions and we make them to those numbers.
