Custom Bar Stool Cushions

Most store-bought stool cushions come in one or two sizes, and stools come in many. We cut and sew every bar stool cushion to your measurements, within ±0.5 inch, so it sits flush with the edge of the seat.

Round stool cushions

For a round seat, use the round cushion builder. Enter the diameter and thickness, pick a fabric, and the price shows instantly in the builder. Round stool cushions look best when they match the seat exactly, so measure across the widest point.

Counter stool cushions and square seats

Many counter stool cushions are square or slightly tapered. For a seat that is wider at the front, use the trapezoid cushion builder. For a stool with a low back, the seat and back chair cushion builder makes both pieces in the same fabric.

Fabrics and foam

For a kitchen island, choose Warwick, velvet or faux leather. For an outdoor bar, choose Sunbrella, which resists fading and mildew. Lux seat foam is firm, at 50 ILD, so a thin pad stays supportive. Outdoors, Dryfast foam drains water. Ties are available, and Velcro on request.

How to measure a stool seat
