Harvey Norman sells many brands, so the right cushion depends on your piece rather than the store. Measure each seat and back cushion separately: modular and chaise pieces often differ in size, and some end seats have a T-shaped front that our T-cushion builder handles.

For leather-look couches we make cushions in faux leather and Ultraleather; Ultraleather is made to order in 8–12 weeks.

Choose your fabric and foam in the builder. Not sure about colour? Order swatches first; the cost comes back as a code on your order.

We cut your cushions to within ±13 mm of your sizes and make them in 2–3 weeks. Delivery within Australia is free.

Frequently asked questions

Are these official Harvey Norman cushions?

No. Fabrica Kraft makes custom cushions to your measurements so they fit furniture bought from Harvey Norman. We are not affiliated with Harvey Norman.

Will cushions fit my modular couch?

Yes. Send the size of each seat and back cushion and mark the corner and chaise pieces; we cut every cushion to your measurements.

What if a cushion doesn't fit?

We cut within ±13 mm of the sizes you order. If a cushion arrives outside that, we remake it free. See our warranty and fit guarantee.

Can I just replace the covers?

Yes. Every builder offers cover only. Measure your existing foam edge to edge, not the old cover.

How long does it take?

Standard shapes take 2–3 weeks to make and template shapes 5–6 weeks. Delivery within Australia is free.
