What changes the price
Price follows the fabric and foam a cushion needs, so a 96″ bench costs about three times a 36″ one.
Cover only is the lowest price. HD36-R and Lux-R are our everyday foams. Dryfast, the open-cell outdoor foam, costs the most.
Going from 3″ to 4″ adds about 7–8% on a cushion with HD36-R foam.
Standard Sunbrella is priced by collection. Sunbrella Horizon marine-grade vinyl and Sunbrella waterproof are premium options.
On a 60″ × 18″ bench cushion, piping adds $28, 2 ties add $6 and 4 ties add $14.
Angled, L- and T-shapes cost more than rectangles; unique shapes are priced from your template. Ordering several lowers the price of each.

Common questions
How much does a custom outdoor cushion cost?
A 48″ × 18″ × 3″ outdoor bench cushion in Sunbrella costs $166 as a cover only, $223 with HD36-R foam or $310 with Dryfast foam, with free standard shipping.
Why does Dryfast foam cost more?
Dryfast is an open-cell foam that lets water drain straight through, so the cushion dries fast after rain. It is made for outdoor and marine use and costs more to make than standard foam.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes. Standard shipping is free. Rush production and express shipping are available at extra cost.
