1. You build the cushion online

Start from the shape that matches your furniture: bench, chair, chaise, deep seat, daybed and more. Enter your measurements, choose a thickness, pick a foam and add details like piping, ties or zippers. The price updates as you go, so there are no surprises at checkout. If you have an odd shape, send a paper template and we confirm the price before cutting.

2. You choose the fabric with confidence

Screens never show colour perfectly. If you are deciding between a few shades, order swatches first and look at them on your furniture in daylight. 3. We cut and sew to your sizes

Your foam is cut edge to edge to your numbers, and your cover is sewn seam to seam to match, using genuine Sunbrella® fabric. All of our foam is CertiPUR-US certified (here is what that means). Every Sunbrella cushion gets a sewn-in Sunbrella × Fabrica Kraft collaboration tag. Our sewing tolerance is up to half an inch.

4. It ships in about two to three weeks

Most custom orders ship within two to three weeks, and shipping within the US is free. Your ship date shows in the builder before you order. If anything could push it back, we tell you ahead of time. Need it sooner? Rush production and express shipping are available for an extra charge.

5. You unbox and let the foam breathe

Foam often arrives vacuum-packed to keep shipping costs down. Once you open it, it expands back to full size in about 12 to 18 hours. Give it a day before judging the fit or feel. Then tie the cushions to the frame using the matching fabric ties.

6. You get years of easy care

Sunbrella is solution-dyed, so the colour holds up in the sun, and most Sunbrella fabrics shed water and resist stains. To clean, brush off dirt, then sponge with mild soap and water. Most covers can be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle and air dried.

How long do custom-shaped cushions take?

Standard shapes are made and shipped in 2–3 weeks. Curved, angled or irregular seats made from a paper template take 5–6 weeks, because the template is checked and the price confirmed before cutting. Can I pay for custom cushions in installments?

What if a cushion is cut outside the size I ordered?

Every cushion is cut to within ±0.5″ of the sizes you enter. If we miss that tolerance, we remake the cushion free. Sizes that were measured incorrectly at home cannot be returned, because each cushion is made to your numbers, so measure twice and contact our team if you are unsure before ordering.

Can I order only covers or only foam?
