Custom Cushion Fibre Fill Inserts

Custom Pillow Fibre Fill Inserts are filled with 100% polyester fibre for a soft, squishy feel. This is our recommended filling for sofa back cushions, where you want something to sink into rather than a firm foam block. They also work well for scatter cushions, bolsters, headboard cushions, and floor scatter cushions in a reading corner. Fibre fill gives a relaxed, lived-in look that suits casual living rooms and cozy dens. Send us the size of your cover, and we will make a custom pillow insert that fills it out nicely, with no minimum order.

Choosing your foam

• Fibre fill: loose 100% polyester filling for back cushions you want to sink into. Not for seats.
• Dacron wrap (optional): a 2.5 cm (1″) layer of polyester fibrefill around the foam that rounds the edges and fills the cover. We attach it with fine staples that won't tear the foam or the cover.

Entering your size

• Enter every measurement in centimetres.
• Sizes are rounded up to the nearest 6 mm.
• Give us the finished cushion size. If you add a Dacron wrap, don't make the numbers smaller; we allow for the wrap.

Thick cushions

We cut foam up to 15 cm (6″) thick from one solid piece. From over 15 cm (6″) to 20 cm (8″), we glue two layers of the same foam together at no extra charge. For anything over 20 cm (8″), or to mix two foam types in one cushion, contact us for a quote.

Manufacturing Tolerances

Every piece is cut to within ±1.3 cm (½″) of your measurements. Most orders dispatch in 2–3 weeks.
