Description

A custom chaise lounge cushion for pool loungers, patio chaises and indoor chaise lounges. We sew the cushion with a hinge where your chaise folds, so it follows the frame from sitting to lying flat. Sunbrella fabric resists fading and cleans with mild soap or diluted bleach, and Dry Fast foam drains after a swim or a storm.

How to measure

  • Measure the full length of the chaise lying flat, and the width.
  • Measure the back section length separately so we place the hinge at the fold.
  • If the foot section folds, give that length as well.
  • 3" Dry Fast foam is the standard for pool loungers.

Foam and fill options

All foam is made in the USA and covered by a 3-year warranty.

  • High Density foam: medium feel for everyday seating. 2.8 lb/ft³ density, 35 lb ILD, about 16-year life.
  • Luxury foam: firm, best for dining seats 1″ to 3″ thick. 2.8 lb/ft³, 50 lb ILD, about 16-year life.
  • Dry Fast foam: open-cell foam that drains water, best for outdoor and marine use. 1.8 lb/ft³, 60 lb ILD, 5–8 year life.
  • Super Soft foam: for back cushions only. 1.2 lb/ft³, 12 lb ILD.
  • Dacron wrap: a 1″ polyester fiber layer around the foam for a fuller, rounded look. Do not reduce your measurements for it.
  • Fiber fill: soft polyester fill for loose back cushions.

How to order

  1. Choose your fabric above, then click Start Your Custom Order.
  2. Enter your measurements in inches (rounded up to the nearest 1/4″), foam, thickness, piping and ties in the notes.
  3. We confirm the price and specs by email before we cut anything.

Foam up to 6″ is one solid piece; 6″ to 8″ is two pieces bonded at no extra charge. For thicker or layered cushions, contact us. Cut to within ±0.5″ of your measurements. Ships in 2–3 weeks, with free shipping. Foam and covers may arrive in separate boxes.

Questions

Can the chaise cushion bend where my lounger folds?

Yes. We sew a hinge seam at the point you give us, or at each fold for multi-position loungers.

Is Sunbrella good around the pool?

Yes. It resists fading and mildew, and sunscreen marks clean off with mild soap or a diluted bleach solution.

Can I add a headrest pillow?

Yes, add it in the quote notes and we make a matching headrest with ties.

How to measure

Seat cushions

Measure the seat side to side and front to back, between arms if there are any. Round up to the nearest ¼″. For a tapered seat, measure the front and back widths.

Back cushions

Measure from the seat to where you want the cushion to stop. Width is usually the same as the seat.

Chaise and Adirondack

Measure the full length laid flat, then the back section from the top to the hinge point where the back rest bends.

Covers only

Measure your foam, not the old cover. We cut the cover to fit snugly.

Pillows

Order the cover the size of your insert. Our micro-fibre inserts are sized to fill the cover.

Curtains

Panel width: add the panels up to 1½–2× the opening. Length: from the rod (or top of the tab) to where the hem should land.

Australian design house. Upholstery, velvets, faux leathers, drapery and sheers for indoor use.

Ultraleather Quote · 8–12 weeks

Performance faux leather by Ultrafabrics, with a soft, leather-like feel and a wipe-clean surface. Many collections work indoors and out.

Can I build something else in this fabric?

Yes. On any fabric page, pick what you are making: cushions, pillows or curtains.

Do I save if I order more?

Yes. The more you order, the less each piece costs: 2+, 4+, 8+ and 16+ unlock lower prices, shown above the Add to cart button.

Can I order just the cover?

Yes. Choose “Cover only” and measure your foam.

Can I leave it outside?

Choose Outdoor: Sunbrella fabric with Dryfast foam, which drains and dries fast.

Is the price final?

Yes for standard shapes: all-inclusive with free shipping. Unique shapes are confirmed once we have your template.

Shipping & Return

Free shipping. Every cushion is made to order in 2–3 weeks; your cover and foam may arrive in separate boxes a few days apart.

Custom products can't be returned unless there is a defect or a manufacturing error. We remake any cushion we get wrong. See our Return Policy or contact us with questions before you order.
