Why do my Flexsteel seats feel flat even though the frame is fine?
Usually the foam has softened with years of use, not the springs or frame. Replacing just the foam is often enough to bring back the original support. Press down on each seat: if your hand sinks to the deck, the core is worn. Lux-R gives a firm, supportive seat, HD36-R a medium one, and a Dacron wrap softens the top and fills the cover neatly.
Leather lookCan you match a leather Flexsteel sofa?
We do not work in genuine leather. For a leather look we offer faux leather and Ultraleather, which are wipeable and practical for busy family rooms. Order swatches and hold them against your sofa in daylight to compare colour and sheen. Ultraleather is made to order and takes 8–12 weeks.

Yes. Order foam only and give us the inside size of your cover. Adding a Dacron wrap helps the foam fill the cover smoothly.
Do you offer genuine leather?
No. We offer faux leather and Ultraleather, which give a leather look and wipe clean.
Can you make cushions for an RV dinette?
Yes. We make dinette seat and back cushions to your measurements. Unusual shapes can be made from a template.
Do the covers come off?
