Sectional Couch Cushions

A sectional has more cushion shapes than a standard sofa: corner seats, wedges, chaise ends and armless pieces. We cut and sew sectional couch cushions one by one, to the size of each seat and back, within ±0.5 inch. Before we cut, you approve a spec sheet with every size.

Replacement sectional cushions by shape

For standard seats and backs, start with the replacement couch cushion builder. Corner seats usually need the L-shaped cushion builder, and seats that wrap around a wide arm need the T-shaped builder. For a deep outdoor sectional, use the deep seat cushion builder.

Loveseat cushions

A loveseat usually has two seat cushions and two backs, or one long bench seat. We make loveseat cushions the same way as sectional pieces, from your measurements. Measure each cushion separately, since pieces on the same frame often differ a little.

Cover only or foam only

If your foam still springs back, order cushion covers only. If the covers are fine but the seats are flat, order couch cushion foam cut to size. Lux seat foam is firm, at 1.8 lb density and 50 ILD. Super Soft foam is for back cushions only. A Dacron wrap adds about 1/4 inch and a softer, rounder look.

Fabrics

Sunbrella comes in 160+ colors and resists fading and mildew, which suits family rooms and patios. For indoor sectionals, choose Warwick, velvet, Gabriel or Ultraleather. Gabriel and Ultraleather take 8–12 weeks; most other orders ship in 2–3 weeks.

How to measure a sectional
