Custom Sunbrella deep seat cushions for outdoor sofas, sectionals and patio couches. We make seat and back cushions to your frame's measurements in Sunbrella fabric, with foam grades from soft to firm.

Deep seating frames vary from brand to brand, which is why replacement cushions from a big-box store rarely fit. We make custom deep seat cushions to the measurements of your outdoor sofa, sectional, loveseat or club chair, so the seat fills the frame and the back cushions stand up straight.

Order seat cushions, back cushions or full sets. For sectionals we make each piece separately, including the corner cushion, so the whole set matches. Back cushions can be foam with a Dacron wrap for a tailored look, or fiber fill for a softer, loose-back style.

Deep seat cushions are usually 5" to 6" thick. We cut seats from High Density or Luxury foam for support that lasts, or Dry Fast foam for cushions that stay out in the rain. Sunbrella fabric keeps its color in full sun and every cover has a zipper, so you can remove it for cleaning.

If your foam is still in good shape, we can make covers only. Measure the foam, not the old cover, and tell us in your quote notes.

How do I measure deep seat cushions? + −

Measure each seat cushion seam to seam: width, depth and thickness. For back cushions, measure width and height, and the thickness at the bottom and top if it tapers.

Can you replace cushions for a sectional? + −

Yes. Give us the size of each piece, including the corner cushion, and we make a matching set.

How thick should a deep seat cushion be? + −

Most deep seat cushions are 5" to 6" thick. Foam up to 6" is one solid piece; 6" to 8" is two pieces bonded together.

Which foam should I use for seats and backs? + −

Use High Density or Dry Fast foam for seats. Super Soft foam is for back cushions only and will flatten if used as a seat.

Should back cushions be foam or fiber fill? + −

Foam with Dacron wrap stays neat and upright. Fiber fill gives a softer, loose look. Tell us which you prefer in your quote notes.

Can I order covers only? + −

Yes. If your foam is in good shape, ask for covers only and give us the foam size.

Why might my foam and covers arrive separately? + −

Covers and foam are made in different facilities, so they can ship in separate boxes. Foam arrives vacuum-packed and returns to full size within 12–18 hours.
