Sunbrella Outdoor Curtains
Sunbrella is the fabric most people picture when they think of outdoor curtains. The colour is added to the fibre before it is spun, so it runs all the way through and doesn't wash or bleach out in the sun. We cut and sew every Sunbrella curtain to your measurements, so it fits your porch, pergola or cabana instead of a stock size.
Sunbrella ranges we make curtains in
- Canvas: Sunbrella's classic tightly woven solids, from crisp whites to deep navy and black.
- Spectrum: rich, saturated solids with a smooth hand.
- Play: brighter colours for pool cabanas and family patios.
- Stripes: cabana and awning stripes for a classic coastal look.
- On the Road: a wide mix of textures and colours across the Sunbrella line.
- Sunbrella Sheer: light-filtering Velum and Natte sheers, about 118″ (300 cm) wide, that soften glare and keep the view.
Why choose Sunbrella for outdoor curtains
- Solution-dyed, so colours hold up to years of strong sun
- Water-repellent and quick drying, and resists mold and mildew
- Easy to clean with mild soap and water, and machine washable
- Every Sunbrella product carries a Sunbrella × Fabrica Kraft collaboration tag
How to order
- Pick a Sunbrella colour below. Each one has its own page.
- Enter the width and drop of each panel.
- Choose tab top, back tab or rod pocket, or go to the pinch pleat curtains.
- Add blackout lining for shade and privacy (not offered on sheers).
Panels wider than 52″ in Sunbrella solids and stripes get a neat centre seam. Sunbrella sheers are wide enough that most panels need no seam. Want to see the colour in your light first? Order Sunbrella swatches.

Questions about Sunbrella curtains
Are Sunbrella curtains waterproof?
Most Sunbrella fabric is water-repellent rather than waterproof: rain beads up and rolls off, and the fabric dries fast, but it is breathable, so heavy, driving rain can soak through. Read are outdoor curtains waterproof? for more.
Do Sunbrella curtains fade?
Sunbrella is solution-dyed, which makes it one of the most fade-resistant outdoor fabrics available. Very strong sun over many seasons will still soften a colour slightly, more so on brights than on neutrals.
Can I machine wash Sunbrella curtains?
Yes. Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent and air dry. For light dirt, brush it off and sponge with soapy water.
Can I leave Sunbrella curtains out in winter?
They can handle damp and cold, but taking them down in snow and storm season, drying them fully and storing them indoors makes them last longer.
How long do custom Sunbrella curtains take?
Each order is made in 2–3 weeks, with free delivery across Canada.
