What we make

  • Custom cushions cut and sewn to your exact size: bench and window seat, outdoor chair, Adirondack and rocking chair, chaise lounge, deep seat, sofa, daybed, porch swing, L-shape, T-shape, trapezoid and boat cushions.
  • Cover only, foam only, or complete cushions (cover and foam).
  • Curtains and drapery, throw pillows and inserts, custom-cut foam, leather desk mats, and table linens.
  • Options include piping, ties, Velcro on request, and YKK zippers.

  • Sunbrella® in 160+ colors, Sunbrella Horizon marine vinyl, Warwick, Gabriel, Ultraleather, velvet and genuine leather. More than 10,000 colors overall.

  • Sunbrella Horizon marine-grade cushions start at $145.

Lead time and shipping

  • Custom cushions are made to order in 2–3 weeks. Ultraleather and Gabriel take 8–12 weeks. Any delay is communicated in advance.
  • Rush production and express shipping are available at extra cost.
  • Free standard shipping. Complete cushions ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia; cushion covers ship worldwide.
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex and Royal Mail. Express shipping via DHL.
  • Shipments are covered by InsureShield shipping insurance from UPS Capital.

Quality and warranty

  • Every order gets a spec sheet to approve before cutting.
  • Fabrication tolerance of up to ½ inch (0.50″).
