About this collection

RV seating is rarely a standard shape. Corners are angled, edges are rounded and a dinette often turns into a bunk. We make RV cushions to the exact shape of your camper, van or trailer: foam cut to size, wrapped in a zippered cover in the fabric you choose. There is no minimum order.

For a straight dinette seat, use the bench cushion builder. For a wraparound dinette, order an L-shaped cushion or a T-shaped cushion. Bunks and cab-overs need only foam? Try our custom cut foam for bunks and cab-overs. Refreshing worn upholstery? Order covers only.

How to measure RV cushions

  • Measure each seat and back cushion separately: width, depth and thickness.
  • Measure the foam itself if you are replacing, not the old cover.
  • Note angled ends, rounded corners and cut-outs around tables, heaters or storage lids.
  • For odd shapes, trace the cushion on paper and send a photo with a tape measure in the frame.

Cushions are cut to within ±0.5″ of the size you order.

Choosing foam and thickness

Standard thickness is 3″ to 5″, and we cut up to 8″. Thicker is available by quote at operation@fabricakraft.com. For dinette seats, choose High Density foam, which has a medium feel for everyday sitting. Luxury foam is firm and suits thinner seats of 1″ to 3″. If the cushions might get damp, Dry Fast foam has open cells that drain and dry quickly. Super Soft foam is for back cushions only, never seats. All foam is CertiPUR-US certified and cut in the USA.

Fabrics for the road

Sunbrella is solution-dyed to resist fading from window sun, and it comes in 160+ colors. See the Sunbrella On the Road collection for travel-ready colors. Sunbrella Horizon marine vinyl is a smooth, wipe-clean option, and Ultraleather is ordered by quote and takes 8–12 weeks. Warwick is a soft indoor choice that is in stock. Ties in matching fabric are standard, and Velcro is available on request.

Foam only, cover only, or both

Order the complete cushion, a zippered cover only, or foam only. Every cover has a zipper so it comes off for cleaning.

Delivery and fleet orders

Can you replace my RV dinette cushions? + −

Yes. Measure each seat and back cushion, note any angled or rounded corners, and use the bench builder or the L-shaped builder for a wraparound dinette. Send a photo if the shape is unusual.

Can you make cushions for a bunk or cab-over? + −

Yes. Our custom cut foam is cut to your bunk or cab-over size, including angled or rounded corners. Add a zippered cover in the fabric you choose.

What fabric is best for an RV? + −

My RV cushions have an odd shape. How do I measure? + −

Trace the cushion on paper, mark each corner and cut-out, and send a photo of the template with a tape measure in the frame. See our measuring guide.

Can I replace just the covers? + −

Yes. If your foam still holds its shape, order covers only made to your foam size. Every cover has a zipper.

Do you offer ties or Velcro so cushions stay put on the road? + −

Ties in matching fabric are standard, and Velcro is available on request. We do not use non-slip backing.
