Flat seat cushions: new foam or new cushions?
If your sofa covers still look good but the seats have lost their shape, foam alone may be all you need. Unzip a cushion and measure the old foam, then order custom foam to that size. Lux-R gives a firm, supportive sit and HD36-R is medium. A Dacron wrap rounds the edges so the foam fills the cover. If the fabric is worn too, order complete cushions instead.
Leather lookCan I get a leather-look finish?
Yes. We offer Ultraleather and faux leather. Ultraleather is made to order and takes 8–12 weeks. We do not offer genuine leather, so if your sofa has leather cushions, these will be a close alternative rather than a match. See our Ultraleather cushions.
OutdoorRooms To Go patio seating
For outdoor sofas and lounge chairs, Sunbrella fabric holds its colour in the sun. Under a covered verandah, HD36-R or Lux-R works well. On an open patio, choose Dryfast so rain drains out. Every cover has a zipper, and ties in matching fabric are included.

How do I measure a sofa seat cushion that is boxed?
Measure width and depth along the seams, then the boxing height for thickness. If the front is wider than the back, give both widths.
Can you make soft back cushions?
Yes. Super Soft foam is made for back cushions. We do not use it on seats.
Do you offer a cover with a zipper so I can clean it?
Every cover we make has a zipper. Piping is optional.
Can I order just one cushion?
Yes. There is no minimum order.
How long does it take?
Most cushions take 2–3 weeks. Custom shapes from a template take 5–6 weeks, and Ultraleather takes 8–12 weeks.
