What we make for Freedom furniture
Replacement cushions for Freedom couches and settings
Couch seat cushions take most of the load, so they soften long before the frame wears out. If the covers still look good, new foam alone can bring the seat back; if not, order complete cushions. For a firmer seat choose Lux-R foam; for a softer one, HD36-R with a Dacron wrap.
For indoor covers, Warwick upholstery fabrics are a natural fit: Warwick is an Australian design house, and its fabrics are tested to the Australian fire standard AS/NZS 1530.3.
How it worksOrder in three steps
Measure your Freedom cushions in millimetres: width at the front and back, depth, thickness, and where any ties sit. Our measuring guide shows how.
Choose your fabric and foam in the builder. Not sure about colour? Order swatches first; the cost comes back as a code on your order.
We cut your cushions to within ±13 mm of your sizes and make them in 2–3 weeks. Delivery within Australia is free.

Frequently asked questions
Are these official Freedom cushions?
No. Fabrica Kraft makes custom cushions to your measurements so they fit furniture bought from Freedom. We are not affiliated with Freedom.
Can I keep my covers and replace only the foam?
Yes. Unzip the cover, measure the foam and order foam only to that size.
What if a cushion doesn't fit?
We cut within ±13 mm of the sizes you order. If a cushion arrives outside that, we remake it free. See our warranty and fit guarantee.
Can I just replace the covers?
Yes. Every builder offers cover only. Measure your existing foam edge to edge, not the old cover.
How long does it take?
Standard shapes take 2–3 weeks to make and template shapes 5–6 weeks. Delivery within Australia is free.
