How to measure a round seat
- Measure straight across the seat at its widest point.
- Measure again at a right angle. If the two numbers differ by more than about 6 mm, the seat is oval rather than round, so contact us before you order.
- Choose the thickness. Most chair seats suit 50–100 mm; stools usually look best around 50 mm.
- Mark where you want ties, usually two at the back for chairs with a backrest.
Every cushion is made within 13 mm of your measurements. If we miss that, we remake it free.
