Futon Cushions

When the futon frame is still sound but the cushions have gone flat, we make new seat and back cushions to its size, with fresh foam and a zippered cover. Measure each cushion seam to seam in millimetres, then choose your fabric and foam: HD36-R for a medium seat, Lux-R for a firm one, or Super Soft for back cushions. Keeping your covers? Order foam only, cut to size. Add scatter cushions or bolsters in the same fabric. Delivery is free Australia-wide, with GST and duty prepaid.

How do I measure a futon cushion? + −

Measure each cushion seam to seam: width, depth and thickness. If the foam has broken down, measure the cover rather than the flattened foam. Seats and backs are separate cushions, so measure each one.

Can I replace just the foam in my futon cushion? + −

Yes. If the cover is still in good shape, order foam only, cut to the size of your old foam or the inside of the cover. There is no minimum order.

How thick can you make a futon cushion? + −

We cut foam up to 150 mm from one solid piece, and up to 200 mm by bonding two layers of the same foam. For anything thicker, contact us for a quote.
